Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Be sure to include your name and order number.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, eBooks are non-refundable. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your return inquiry. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
